Joshua Teo

Co-founder and Principal, Rhindon

​

Joshua is a seasoned design thinking practitioner, consultant, trainer and coach with over 12 years of experience working with organisations to solve complex challenges using a human-centred approach. He is Co-founder and Principal of Rhindon, a multi-disciplinary design practice that aims to help communities flourish by being empowered by good design and experiencing the fruits of transformative and sustainable ecosystems. Having worked with more than 50 different organisations in the private, public and non-profit sector, Joshua is a strong advocate of user-centred design as a transformative tool to bring about meaningful change and impact. He is passionate about discipling the next generation to harness their God-given talents to become redemptive changemakers, and has recently been working with churches to empower their teams in the area of stakeholder engagement, strategic planning and collaborative ground-up design. He is married with three beautiful children, and he and his wife, Kelly serve at Faith Community Baptist Church.

Billy Kwan

Co-founder and Principal, Rhindon

Billy is co-founder and Principal of Rhindon, a multi-disciplinary design practice that aims to help communities flourish by being empowered by good design and experiencing the fruits of transformative and sustainable ecosystems. Growing up in Hong Kong and trained as an urban planner in London, Billy has diverse experience in the field of design thinking and user-centric design in the context of spatial design, social programming and public affairs. Adopting a holistic approach in addressing complex social problems in the city, he is well versed in fostering collaboration and partnerships of various urban stakeholders as part of the co-creation process.

 

Billy has a heart for missions and he was an Advisory Board Member for Branches of Hope, a charity serving more than 500 ethnic minorities, refugees and asylum seekers in Hong Kong which he provided expertise and strategic consulting for social integration and support programme. In Singapore, he has been actively involved with various community outreach and engagement initiatives for NGOs including HealthServe, TOUCH Community Services and My Community on a voluntary basis. Billy is married to his beautiful wife, Faye and they currently serve at Cornerstone Community Church.
